HR Digital Transformation Manager

Role Overview
We’re looking for a HR Digital Transformation Manager to lead the evolution of our internal systems and people experience. This role will drive digital initiatives across our HR functions, enabling smarter workflows, better decision-making, and stronger alignment with strategic goals.
You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to modernize our HR tech stack, lead key transformation projects, and optimize employee lifecycle processes with a digital-first mindset.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage HR digitalization projects from strategy to execution.
- Implement and improve HRIS and related platforms to enhance employee experience.
- Develop dashboards and metrics to track engagement, performance, and productivity.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align digital HR tools with business goals.
- Identify system/process gaps and propose scalable solutions.
- Manage vendor relationships and ensure successful tech rollouts.
- Mentor junior HR and tech team members on best practices and new tools.
Who You Are
- 7+ years of experience in HR transformation, HR tech, or digital program management.
- Strong understanding of HR systems (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Zoho People, etc.).
- Analytical, organized, and a proactive problem-solver.
- Experience in working with Agile/Lean methodologies.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Prior exposure to the construction or infrastructure sector is a plus.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business, Technology or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Professional certifications in project management (PMP, Agile) or HR tech are a bonus.
